A quick note to newer users about searching for plants in ERIS. The new search bar above the database has been set to “All” as a default. We have built ERIS to recognize both latin and common name searches. You can change it to either latin or common, but with it set to all, you can search away regardless of your query. The key to successful searching is to look up plants exactly how you would in a nursery catalog. This means entering the genus first, then the variety you may be looking

Demo Link

There is now an ERIS demo project that we have included on the left side panel titled “ERIS Demo Link”. This is a sample project and landing page just as your customer would see it when they get their custom URL at the end of a job. We encourage you to provide them this link as a sales tool for you. A potential customer will see this demo and love the idea that you will be providing them with a customized site of their own that instructs them how to take care of their investment.

Project List Order

Per the request from several of you, the “My Project” list is now automatically arranged in alphabetical order rather than chronological as before. It was mentioned that it may be easier, especially for firms with multiple designers, to find projects if they were listed alphabetically. This update is now live. Thanks for your great feedback and questions, it helps us continually improve your ERIS experience.
